These terms govern your use of Kredoo, a customer relationship management platform with WhatsApp and Instagram messaging, operated by ElevAIte Labs and available at kredoo.in. By creating a workspace or using the platform you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
1. What Kredoo provides
Kredoo gives your business a workspace for managing leads and customers, with automated and assisted messaging over the WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram, appointment booking, campaign sending, and reporting. Features vary by plan and evolve over time. We may add, change or withdraw features, and where a change materially reduces what you are paying for we will tell you in advance.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, and for everything done under your account.
- Keep your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly at team@kredoo.in if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- You are responsible for the team members you invite and the permissions you grant them.
- You must be at least 18 and using Kredoo for business purposes.
3. Who owns the data
The leads, contacts, conversations, files and settings you put into your workspace remain yours. Kredoo processes them on your instructions in order to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and we do not use your customers' personal data to advertise to them.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and message the contacts you upload, including any consent required under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, other data protection law.
4. WhatsApp, Instagram and Meta
Messaging runs on platforms operated by Meta, and Kredoo is a Meta Verified Tech Provider rather than the platform itself. That has practical consequences you should understand before relying on the service:
- Your use of WhatsApp and Instagram messaging is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. You are the sender of the messages your workspace sends.
- Meta charges separately for WhatsApp conversations and bills those charges to the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business Account. Those charges are not part of your Kredoo subscription and Kredoo does not collect or refund them.
- Message delivery, template approval, display name approval, quality ratings, messaging limits and account standing are decided by Meta, not by Kredoo. We cannot guarantee that a message will be delivered or that a template will be approved.
- If Meta restricts, suspends or bans your WhatsApp Business Account or phone number, the affected Kredoo features stop working. We will help you understand and address it where we can, but the decision is Meta's.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Kredoo to:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who have not consented or who have opted out;
- send unlawful, misleading, abusive, harassing or deceptive content, or impersonate another person or business;
- promote anything prohibited by Meta's commerce and messaging policies;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other workspaces, or our infrastructure, or probe, scan or load-test it without written permission;
- resell, sublicense or white-label the platform except under a written partner agreement with us;
- upload malware, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
We may suspend a workspace immediately where we reasonably believe continued use puts our customers, our platform, our Meta standing or third parties at risk, and we will tell you why.
6. The AI assistant
Kredoo's assistant generates replies automatically from the knowledge base and settings you provide. Its output is not professional advice — not medical, legal, financial or otherwise — and it can be wrong. You remain responsible for what is sent from your number. If you operate in a regulated field such as healthcare, you must review your configuration and keep a human in the loop for anything clinical. We provide guardrails, not a substitute for your professional judgement.
7. Fees, billing and taxes
- Subscription fees, the billing period and what each plan includes are shown at the time of purchase on our pricing page or in your order.
- Fees are billed in advance for the period you select, in Indian Rupees unless agreed otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added where required.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.
- If a payment fails we may retry it and, after notice, suspend the workspace until it is settled.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Our intellectual property
Kredoo, its software, design, documentation and brand belong to ElevAIte Labs. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your business during your subscription, and nothing more. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep Kredoo available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages — including Meta's — and factors outside our control can interrupt it. Unless your plan includes a written service level agreement, the platform is provided without an uptime commitment. Support is available by email at team@kredoo.in; see our Contact page for response times.
10. Term, suspension and termination
- Your subscription continues until you cancel it or we terminate it under these terms.
- You may cancel at any time, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may terminate for material breach of these terms, for non-payment after notice, or if required by law or by Meta.
- On termination your access ends. You may export your data before the end of your billing period; ask us at team@kredoo.in if you need help doing so. After termination we retain or delete data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Kredoo is provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the platform will produce any particular business outcome, number of leads, conversion rate or revenue.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your contact lists, your messaging practices, or your use of the platform in breach of these terms or of Meta's policies.
14. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with the service and use it only to perform under these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and we will notify customers of material changes through the platform or by email. Continuing to use Kredoo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties agree to try to resolve any dispute in good faith by writing to the other before starting proceedings.
